Didnt get order

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes the middle of December of 2009 and it is now March 14 2010. Recieved a few emails saying that they were being made at the factory he would let us know when they came in.
Got an email about a month ago saying they were in and being sent shortly, then 2 weeks later another email saying they just came in. So obviously hes been lying. Im going to be getting my money back if they dont get here by this friday.

Product Not Received

I ordered my boots over a month ago and was told I should receive them in 3-4 weeks, it's been over a month and they have not responded to my e-mails, nor have I received my items! Trying to get a refund on my $300 order... But as stated, they don't write back, or do anything to help get the refund on its way to me. Going to have to contact my bank in order to get a refund -- such a hassle. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS PERSON!
