I was making a layaway payment at the front register a cashere named beth was checking out the gentelmen in front of me he was paying with credit and she pressed cash payment in the register, we waited and waited, she finally had someone come over and help her when the manager left she screwed up again and she had to write out a receipt for the gentelmen. I felt bad for him but what can I do. Then it was my turn I told her I wanted to make a layaway payment and I had a couple other things to purchase. I asked her to make the payment first that way I would know if i had enough money for the rest of my things i had to purchase. Well, My payment was for 63.56 the minimum due, I told her I will pay the minimum payment. She said ok and made the transaction then she turned and looked at me and said thank you. I asked her were is my change I gave you 100 dollar bill she replied "I thought you said all the 100" I said no i did not I told u i wanted to give the minimum. She had me waiting for a manager for about 35 min. When the manager finnaly got there she told me she was unable to reverse the transaction and there was nothing she could do. I walked out of that store pissed off without being able to buy the rest of my products thanks to Beth. I felt so mad that i was glad i walked out on time, I was ready to go off on her so bad. AND STILL THEY HAVE HER IN THE FRONT REGISTER CHECKING OUT - I SHOULD HAVE CALLED CORPORATE ON HER ASS.
