no service at jewerly counter for 20 mins once and 25 min the second time landed up walking out of your store
I WENT IN THE INVERNESS STORE TO PURCHASE A NECLACE, I WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES, I THEN WENT TO LOOK FOR SOME SHOES, I CAME BACK WAITED FOR ANOTHER 25 MINUTES, STILL NO ONE CAME AROUND.
I THEN LEFT MY CART AND WALKED OUT THE DOOR.
JUST REMEMBER WORD OF MOUTH IS THE BEST ADVERTISING THERE IS.
I WAS IN THERE ON DEC 09 2008. THE NUMBER OF THE STORE IS 9793 IN INVERNESS FLA.
I WOULD APPRECIATE SOME FEED BACK OR SOME KIND OF AN EXPLANATION, BECAUSE I ENJOU SHOPPING AT K-MART FAR MORE THEN I DO EVEN WAL-MART.

wierd survey/
I get a receipt with notice to go to Kmartfeedback.com where I will take a survey and be entered to win a possible $2, 500.00. Bunk! The only path to follow takes me to the "complaints" section and nowhere am I directed to a survey. Why advertise this kind of thing if you are not going to deliver?

Over charged and no place to give feedback for gift card
I went shopping at Kmart Salt Lake, HI last Sunday 11/30/08 and bought a lot of christmas items costing me a little over $500. Unfortunately I did not check my reciept till tonight 12/7/08. While checking it found out that I was completely over charged for some christmas lights that I bought to decorate outside the house. I bought 8 at the price of 15.99 plus tax a piece. But when I checked my reciept just now, I was charged for 15 at 239.85 total. I am so upset at myself for not checking sooner, but even more upset at the sales clerk who made such a huge error. Then I tried to do the feedback so that i get a chance to win $2500 gift card to kmart, only to find out there is no where to do that and only a complaints section. Hello! Whats up with that!

There is no way to enter to win the 2,500 gift card
I shopped at Kmart on November 29 at store #9416 the receipt states if you go to kmartfeedback.com you can enter to win a gift card worth $2, 500, once you enter the website there is no way to click into the sweepstakes.
You White Plains store is a mess all the time and the items that were advertised were not in the store. I would say it was because it was the day after black friday but that seems to be the norm for that store. You should really have the powers that be go to that store sometimes, it's the pits.
I will say that will be the last time I go to the store Target advertises merchandise and has it in stock! I've let my friends and family know about my previous experiences and this one. You've lost alot of business! If you want to find your old customers they are at Target.
