CUSTOMER SERVICE
While shopping at KMART conatcted a clerk to inquire about a products location. She said in a rude tone its located in electronics. I went to electronics and found 6 customers in line with only on clerk. Whn i went to check out there were only three cashiers open and nearly 20 customers in line. There is no excuse for customers to have to wait in line that long. The Taft store customer service...stinks.

they give a customer feedback opportunity on the back of the sales tickets with a chance to win gift card but the format of the survey is totally WORTHLESS!!!
whats more, they have no intention of giving away ANYTHING !!!

I am very dissapointed in this company because of their skills when it comes to communication with the customers.The cashier that works in the lay a way department is very rude and unprofessional, she does'nt no how to deal with the customers of the store, and she should'nt be working in that field.

On my receipt I was asked to contact Kmartfeedback.com to fill out survey and got the answer on internet that there is no such address. How can I enter the contest when there is no such survey on the internet?

You people should be ashamed of yourselves for for offering a possible winnings of $2500 for a survey, this is really disscrediting your company and I strongly advise the heads of this marketing strategy or whom ever decided to go ahead and offer this bogus scam to take it off your receipts immediately, its really doing you no justice. So if that ink is a waste and the trees are even more of a waste than I guess all who have taken the time to be loyal to you and give you are time to do a survey that does not exist I believe that it is time it be made national news buy contacting local news stations as well as case for all you are scamming. If I cant trust you why should we as consumers spend our hardworking money at your store? I think compensation is owed to those who have been deceived for months. "wow" You may think I am blowing smoke about national coverage but unlike you I am a black and white person and I stand behind what I believe is wrong and wright.

The bathroom is filthy, the candy has mice droppings in it, the service(when you can find anyone who works here) is the worst i've ever experienced, the manager of the store looks as filthy as his store does. This place should be shut down for health reasons. Other Kmart stores around this area are not this bad. This one should be shut down before someone gets sick.

With all these complaints on this subject why has nothing been done? I guess "We The People" Have the right to be herd but we are not going to do anything about this, is what they are really saying. Please some one do something about this...
