The cashier told me to go the website to complete a survey and this will enter me for the possible winning of a $2500 giftcard. Shame on KMart!!

I tried to find the kmartfeedback.com site to see if I could do the survey and be entered to win a 2, 500.00 gift card. It is hard to do if the sight is not found on the net. What a sham from such a company.I think that Sears needs to be notified of this now that they own it.

I think customer service is getting much better now days at plattsburgh. Your store manager is very freindly and helpfull, its a good shopping experience now there. I see the store manager on the floor helping his staff... you dont see that much now days. Looks like he is a keeper and should have his picture up at the customer service desk so we know his name.

I always got all my hunting gear from K-mart and now you don't carry no gear for hunting . I will never shop at your store again. Hunters and fisherman put your store on the map and now you turn your back on us. Thank you. I will make sure that everyone I know does not shop at your store.

I recieved a receipt telling me to visit the kmartfeedback.com website for a survey and a chance to enter and win $2, 500 gift card. What a hoak? No such sight or opportunity, that sucks. Be ware of phony advertising. Kmart you should be ashamed of yourselves. As a consumer we take the time out to provide you with an opportunity of better service or compliance with your suggestion and you take advantage of our vulnerability to win money or in this instance a gift card. shame on you and your billions of dollars a year company with the help of us the consumer.
