False $2500.00 survey
Register receipt wanted customer feedback in an online survey with a chance to win a $2500 kmart gift card. When i went to do the survey, i found no such survey exists and there were tons of complaints similar to mine from other customers.
What is Kmart trying to pull here????!!!

I attempted the survey a few times and only cycled through a long series of "offers". At initation of survey it said you did not have to buy anything, yet close to the end (what i assumed had to be close to the end) it said that i HAD to select any offer to consider, but that i would not have to follow through with the offer. This is time consuming and deceptive. Not only did i not get an entry into the promoted contest, i didnt get to voice my opinions about mr recent shopping experience.i do not need new windows- my house has them. I have no children i dont need enfamil. i dont watch movies so netflix was out. I am young ao the medical and mobility products were not applicable either.

$2,500 gift card
I was at Kmart today and spent 160.78 and was to register at the site for a chance to win 2500.00 and could not find anywhere to do this. This is nuts should have better site. My ticket number is 0410811010801537886, that is my receipt and cashier name Kevin who was very nice, not his fault, it is Kmarts for not having a site to go to. I have registered on other sites and it was very simple. Thanks Connie

Terrible service
Kmart had men's bluejeans on sale; buy one & get the second pair at 1/2 price. Purchased my trucker partner four pairs and after trying them, decided to return two pair... you guessed it! They refunded me for two pair all right... at 1/2 price each. To say the least, they have not even bothered with answering my written complaint.

$2500 feedbACK SURVEY
I have a receipt from store #4795 that says there is an online survey that will choose a $2500 shopping winner if I take the survey. There is no online site to take the survey, and my 19 digit survey # is 04795 102608 002 90081. What is the problem with Kmart?

Kmart continue to hand out sales receipts that state"KMART VALUES YOUR FEEDBACK. Tell us about your experience & you could win a $2, 500 Kmart gift card. Please visit our website within 7 days of the date of purchase: kmartfeedback.com to complete the survey. You will need the 19 digit receipt number from your receipt, and the only response I get when I log onto this website is information stating that this survey does not exist.

rude salesmanager
they had a display with pistachios nuts and cashews all mixed together for $5.99. When I went to pay, the cashews rang up regular price $11.99. The cashier was very nice (christian) and tried to give the price on the sign. he had to ask for help and the manager SAM, said that was not the price. We showed him the display, which the cashews were in the middle, and said they were not for $5.99. He would not sale them at the price marked and he was very rude. How many other people paid 11.99 for something they thought was 5.99.
I feel for customer satisfacation he should have charged the price marked.
I will not go back and I could not complete the survey.
