SERVICE
we at kmart broadway and dobson in mesa arizona they were rude, not friendly they tried to refuse a $20.00 bill that i got from the bank that day because they said it was to be recycled they were slow not enough check outs were open they refuse to check the prices on childrens clothes the were marked down on the clearence racks espesally when the tags where less than that they rang up!!! THEY WERE LOUZY PEOPLE

Employee customer care
Every time I visit your store the lines are always huge and there is one line open with one cashier on dutie. They are so slow. I go to kmart to beat the Walmart crowd and it never works out for me because I end up standing and waiting in line longer. My receipt # 07341 092808 001 06496

OVERCHARGE
ON SEPT 26 I BOUGHT COPY/PRINTING PAPER A SALE WAS ON FOR 3.99 BUT ONCE I GOT HOME O SAW THAT I PAID 419 FOR THE ITEM. WHEN I CALLED ABOUT THIS THEY TELL ME THEY WILL BE GLAD TO REFUND MY MONEY DIFFERENCE AND I ASK WHO WAS GOING TO PAY FOR MY GAS TO TAKE CAE OF THEIR MISTAKE, SHE SAID THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THAT. I AM VERY UPSET THAT THEY CAN MAKE A MISTAKE AND IT IS SUPPOSE TO BE OK BUT IF I MAKE A MISTAKE I HAVE TO SUFFER FOT IT.

checked out this site according to my register reciept and no such place exits 9/24/08 you could win a 2, 500 kmart gift card when you fill out their survey and use your 19 digit receipt number from your receipt. there was no survey or place to enter a number from your receipt. walmart and target on the other hand both have these sites and are legit, I have been to both sites and filled out a survey and recieved emails in return. very disappointed in this store consdering they are linked with sears.

Received reciept at time of purchase, but when I tried to log on to take alleged survey, there were almost 500 "complaint" categories to choose from, but no survey!!! Get your **** together people. I don't care if you are part of Sears or what ever! This is what makes customers angry enough to stop shopping at your stores. The receipt said take the survey and be entered to win $2, 500.00 Kmart gift card. HA!! I see how you get away with never having to pay a winner because there never will be a winner as long as you can continue practices of this nature. You are just lucky I am the one you are dealing with and not my husband. He is not nearly as nice as I am being. Din't expect many purchases from us in the future, even if we have to pay more somewhere else.

feedback survey
I read the complaintsd about their receipts in Dec. 2007, and I just got the same receipt in September 2008. Still weith the survey and $2500. gift card. They need to correct this people are spending time looking for this survey which can't be found. I will not shop there again for this reason. If you can lie to me on my receipt tehn you will like to me about your prices and quality for merchandise.
