feedback survey
I read the complaintsd about their receipts in Dec. 2007, and I just got the same receipt in September 2008. Still weith the survey and $2500. gift card. They need to correct this people are spending time looking for this survey which can't be found. I will not shop there again for this reason. If you can lie to me on my receipt tehn you will like to me about your prices and quality for merchandise.

Washing machine
I purchased washing machine on 20-09-2008 and took deleivery on 21-09-2008. I open it and try to start it. but s washing machine did not work. I approach at KMART ( the vendor) on 22-09-2008. They ctold that its not the responsibility of KMART . They told that its the responsibilty of customer to ring to technician and get it repaired.
Dear Sir, I purchased this machine in good faith and paid all money on the dt.20-09-2008 but I deprived to use this machine.
when I purchased and paid I thought that its a new machine and its computrised and automatic machine. But neither it is automatic nor computeried as well as not working and also its electric wire insulation is damaged which may leed to injury or casualty.
Please give me justice.

NOT WELL STOCKED
THERE ARE NO REAL GOOD DEALS AT KMART. I COULD NOT EVEN FIND THE CORRECT STATE FOR THIS COMPLAINT. NO REAL SELECTION, NOT WELL STOCKED, I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED. KMART USE TO BE MY FAVORITE STORE. NO WHERE DOES IT HAVE YOUR RECEIPT NUMBER.

live plants department
I just purchased two plants at your 250 West 34th St. KMART and want to say your live plant department is a DISGRACE- plants are living things which need care! The two poor plants I bought were SO dry that I purchased a bottle of water at the register($1.49) and watered them outside the store so that they would survive the walk home. I spoke to the cashier about how neglected the plants were-she referred me to the manager, who did not seem to really care. KMART is WASTING their money by NOT caring for the plants they wish to sell. Shame on you-PLANTS ARE LIVING THINGS!!!

feeback scam
The $2, 500. gift card and 19 digit receipt number is a SCAM. This opportunity doesn't exist. They don't want my feedback. I'm thinking it is just a way to get my email address by causing me to write a complaint. I don't mind sharing my email address, but I do mind being SCAMMED.

false advertizing
I did find anything on Kmart site that allows a person to take the suggested survey for $2500 at kmartfeedback.com. This looks like false advertizement to me. I am very dissappointed in kmart.
