look it up and nothing about a survey shows up .If you don't want us to give you a feed back then get rid of the feed back on your receipt

wasted time giving out info about yourself that you do not want to give.
I had forgotten about all the nonsense at the cash register when you go to KMart to buy something. They want your life history and say they cannot ring it up until you tell them. What a crock!
I was in a hurry and they are the closest. From now on I will do without if that's the only place I can get whatever I need.

misleading sales signs
I shop kmart Alot anyways i went last night to purchuse a purse and in the womans clothing section they had a table set up and the sign on the side of the purses sais sail with a list of original prices and then the sale price...when i went up to pay it rang up the original price and i said they are on sale and they said no thats just for apparal.. well the other side of the sign did say apparal and had some shirts or something on them but i found this very misleading and they were quite snotty with me like i was some dumb ass or somthing!!! They need to fix this problem as im sure im not the only one who didnt understand this and i think they should have honored the sign and been a little nicer...will be my last trip there!!!

assisters
More large sizes and a person in dept to help. Clothing for Adults seems to be decressing for 1-2x sizes Ishop there at lease once a month. Would like to have more varity.And a person to help.

no survey
Had a w0nderful shopping experience in nice, clean store. Receipt stated I could fill our survey on website for a chance to win $2500 shopping spree. I cannot find website area to put in 9 digit receipt #. But it is::

Kmart is giving out receipts with a contest to win a $2500 gift card if you give them feedback on your shopping experience. The contest doesn't exist. There no website for it. It's a scam!

Terrible experience
Site doesn't exist for survey, shopped at store #9166, receipt said to visit kmartfeedback.com to complete survey, no place to do survey, any way store was nice, clean, salespersons polite, no complaints, just would like to do survey, receipt number 09166 090508 003 19516.

Check writing policy
I visited a Kmart store today. This was my first visit in approximately five years.
I was reminded why I do not visit more often. I wrote a check for my purchase amount
that totaled $72.74. My check was declined. I really wanted to just say forget it; however,
I used my debit card. Everything was fine and I left with my purchase. This evening I phoned
the number to contact to explain why my check was declined. The reason that was stated was that there was no history of bad checks this was done as a preventive method.
My check number was 6848. I started my checking account fifteen years ago starting at
check 100. I do not have bad checks out nor have I ever.
I go to Walmart on the average once to twice a week. I spend approximately $250.00
per week. I write so many checks in their store that I am not asked to even show my ID.
Kmart, thank you for declining my check. I love Walmart and I will not revisit
your store. Walmart welcomes my cash, debit, credit cards and the checks that I
write 99% of the time.

SHOPPING EXPIERENCE
HAD TO WAIT 25 MINUTES FOR THE COSTUMER SERVICE LADY ARGUE WITH THE COSTUMER IN FRONT OF US ABOUT A PRICE SHE WAS ACCUSING THE CUSTOMER AS CHANGEING THE PRICE ON ITEM ALSO THEN THE MANAGER CAME HE HAD HIS SHIRT HANGING OUT OF HIS PANTS DIDN'T EVEN TRY TO HELP THE CASHIER CASHIER WAS GREAT (SHAUNA) I SPENT 257.23 DOLLARS AND THE MANAGER WAS GOING TO CLOSE DOWN THE CASHIER WHEN I WAS THE NEXT CUSTOMER ON LINE I HAD ALREADY PUT UP ALL THE MERCHANDISE AND FOLDED EVERYTHING SO I COULD BAG MY ITEMS AS SHE SCANNED ALL MY ITEMS. I NOW IT IS VERY HARD TO GET HELP NOW BUT YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE THAN 3 CASHIERS AND 32 CUSTOMERS ON LINE. THEN MOVE CASHIER TO A BACK REGISTER.

False advertising
On the receipt dated 8/25/08 the company offers a$2, 500 Lottery if we will tell Walmart about our shopping experience. After accessing kmartfeedback.com, there appears to be no sweepstakes to enter. What a waste of time. And for a company whose store appears to be under utilized by the residents of this area, you would think they would be scrupulous in their dealing with the public. Especially since Walmart is just down the road and that parking lot is ALWAYS full!!
