I wanted to to do the kmartfeedback.com and I noticed that many people are complaining about this. It seems to not exist and why is KMart getting away with this fradulant contest it does not make any sense to me as I am a loyal shopper at K-Mart stores. This is ridiculous!

PRICEING
I LIVE IN MISSOURI AND WAS TOLD ABOUT A REALY GOOD SALE AT KMART. I DROVE 30MINS TO THE STORE, FOUND THE ITEMS THAT WERE ON SALE ( SAGE GREEN SHEER CURTAINS) THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT BOUGHT. WHEN I GOT TO THE REGISTER I WAS TOLD THAT A $3.00 CURTAIN WAS NOT ON SALE IT WAS $7.00 AND THE WHOLE ENTIRE CURTAIN DEPT WS TAGED WRONG AND IT WAS NOTHING THAT COULD BE DONE. IT WS AMAZING TO ME THAT THIS ENTIRE DEPT WS LABELED WRG BECAUSE WHEN I WS TOLD OF THIS SALE A WEEK HAD PASSED. I THINK KMART SHOULD TAKE SOME TYPE OF CUT TWO OR THREE DOLLARS OFF, THEN FIX THE PROBLEM

The cash register receipt that I received read at the bottom said quoto "Tell us about your experience & you could win a $2, 500 Kmart gift card. Please visit our website within 7 days of the date of purchase: kmartfeedback.com to complete the survey etc" Unquoto.
Well I did just that, and half way through the survey, it stated not available at this time. I tried and tried to reenter, but same statement. Funny how, it allowed my survey for the questions, but the site shut down to enter me into the drawing for my survey and time. When I called Kmart about this, the service department stated. "Oh, I'm sorry we aren't doing that anymore". Well if they aren't doing it anymore, they should update there computers not to print this on everyone's receipt offering a chance to win "Nothing".
I am so disappointed, but, I must admit, the service and staff were very friendly.

False advertisement on sales slip
visit to store on 8-12-08, made a purchase and got receipt with the tempting feedback survey, and of course was excited to participate and only to find that only fell into a numbers game of others that found it to be bogus. Disappointed

Fraud and scam
The advertisement which is printed on the back of the kmart receipt "Kmart Values your feedback tell us about your experience and you could win $2, 500 is a fake. There is nowhere to put the 19 digit number which is located on the sales receipt. They need to pay out the 2, 500 dollars who have a valid complaint. This is true because I see others have experience the same frustration as I.

Over charge
Recently at Kmart store 4146 and had a coupon on an item I bought, as usual the cashier never pulled it off and I end up paying full price even though there is a coupon with instant savings on it.
The item I bought was cortizone 10 maximum strength intensive healing formula at 5.79 with a one dollar off save now peel off sticker on the box, instead she would rather talk about the treats she buys her dog because I also bought a busy bone for my dog; she also was talking to a co worker about how they do not want to work today while ringing up my merchandice.
This happens a lot a your store thats why I go to Walmart but today I had to go to Kmart because it is close and I could not go to Walmart.
