The clerk at this Kmart took my website info and promised me a $10.00 coupon and a chance to win $2, 500. There is no such website nor was I sent a coupon! I am calling Kmart Corp. to complain. I think they are just after your email address to send you crap!

Bad customer service
This complaint is regarding my return of damaged merchandise from Order Number #10057915 of November 14, 2007. I have not been issued a refund from the item I returned via UPS on November 20, 2007 and I was told that I would have to wait until a "research request" was processed (10 days) then it would be issued (3-5 days).
I spoke with a manager, Angela (993451) on the phone January 10, 2008 and I've never been treated so badly by a customer service representative in all of my life. Here's an example: Angela said that it showed that a credit was issued, when I asked her when that credit was issued she firmly said "Do not interrupt me, mam". She told me that the credit was issued on December 3rd, I explained that I called to follow up on my refund on that day and I was sent a return receipt on that day stating it would take 30 more days. I assume that Kmart doesn't record its customer service calls as the employees are free to treat customers so rudely.
I then asked her if she could send me an email confirmation that the research request was made, she said �I don't know what good that will do". Needless to say I was extremely disappointed in the KMART phone customer service. I've never had to wait this long for a refund for damaged merchandise and I still have no resolution. In addition, I was treated badly.
I'm still waiting for my issue to be resolved. I�m a loyal customer and I hope to remain one. I am due a refund of $141.20.

Feedback does'not exist..

UNFORTUNATLY ; I BELIEVED MY FAVORITE STOR KMART AND THE LAST THING I COULD EXPECT IS THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS NOTHING BUT LIES AS THIS SUCH WEBSITE DOESN'T EXIST.
AND I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL ABOUT THESE SCANDLE.

Unfriendly cashier
I don't know if Kmart ever has a policy of teaching their cashier's to be polite to the people they are serving. I've worked with the public, and I always believe common courtesy to the customer is the best thing a company can depend on to know their customer's will return. I'm sorry I didn't experience that today. I spent over 100.00 for school clothing for my granddaughter's, and almost just pushed them aside. I had trouble with the debit machine, and no help was offered me. K-MART, LISTEN UP!!! Teach your associates how to be polite. I can assure you, the customer's do really appreciate it!!!

store is always to hot
service was good, but they keep the temperture to high in summer where it stays to hot makes it unbearable to shop comfortablyand its still to hot in the winter also they need to fix that i might spend more money when i go if i could stand to stay longer in the store

can't find the online feedback link for the " $2500.00" gift card.
I think this is false advertisement and it is NOT fair to ALL of us trying to give you the feedback your store needs. I was going to actually compliment your store, but after this and seeing TONS of other people going through the same crap I am I would lodge a HUGE COMPLAINT> I would not be surprised to see the Better Business Bureau get involved in this. If you actually do have a "REAL" option for this feedback then feel free to contact me, but I am guessing if you do contact me it will be after the date to enter the drawing. THANKS ANYWAY

bad advertisement and management
advertized a Simpsons backpack and when we got to the store, there were excuse after excuse why they did not have any. We spent money on gas and when we go there they act like they don't know what we are saying. We even brought the advertisement from the paper. Management are idoits and the store should have been shut down from the beginning. This is not the first time it has happen. We will not shop at kmat ever!!!
