False advertising
Sunday sales flayer states Wii Fit at kmart, all week. Called the store Sunday 9 am told none were in stock shipment due in on Monday, come in at 3:30 pm truck would be unloaded by then.I arrived at 3:45 pm Monday spoke with several workers no one had a clue about the Wii Fit or the truck, spoke with a manager (no clue) he called the manager of the department did not get an answer: after several attempts tried another manager still no luck finally someone spoke up and said no Wii Fits were shipped try back on Thursday.

It was broken in box
I purchased 5 items on 7-18-08 there 3 pairs of jeans and a lakewood fan and the smart plan replacement. When I open the box to plug in the fan the unit the blade was on was broken off the fan back unit the 2 things that hold the unit in place was broken and another little part was broken off looked like it was a clean brake and it was not going to be able to be fixed.
BUT i NOT GOING TO TAKE IT BACK TO THE KMART STORE TO HAVE IT REPLACED.!! AND I HAVE THE RECEIPT AND BOX THE FAN CAME IN. BECAUSE BUT I'M GOING TO KEEP THEM TO REMIND ME NEVER TO BUY AT KMART AGAIN I WILL BUY A FAN AT ANOTHER STORE NEVER AT KMART AGAIN!!

Would not hire me due to misdemeanor charge
I had applied 4 a job at kmart i had got hired they did a back ground check on me revealed 2 petty misdeameoner charges called me today said they could not hire me due to back ground check never lied on app or nothing. This really amazes me i have been working 4 the federal government for over a year i make 13.50 he and they do a big back ground check on me i passed that one but not kmart i am very very angry.

I went to the site kmartfeedback.com where is it? I don't think it is right to say 2500 if you go to the site. Bad misrepresentation of my experience at this store. Sears has more class then this!!!

Poor service
Very poor customer relations by a manager who was unaware of the ONE line open was stacking up. She did not have a visual on the checkout lines due to fixtures blocking her view. She could of cared less. I like the merchandise that KMART carries but NOT the management personnel whereas the Walmart personnel are well trained in customer relations.

rude associate
Went in to exchange a hose, didnt have my receipt was a month old. Hose had hole in it. Crystal m. the asscociate at customer service called a manager and she would only let me exchange for the exact same one. Wanted to buy a better one and offered to pay the difference. So we exchanged it for the same one, and my husband called and spoke to the manager upset that she wouldnt let me exchange and pay the difference for a different one. She offered to give me a store credit for the lowest price. which is fine. I then walked back to the cust. service desk and asked crystal are you suppose to issue me a store credit and she said with an attuitude thats what my manger wants me to do. so i said no need to be annoyed. I work in customer service too, And she said I am annoyed I have to give you a store credit to my face. Thats bad customert service to say that to a customer!!

discrimination
I am sorry, I know that times are tuff, but health issue is a issue here. The bathrooms at this location are disgusting. There was a homeless lady in there and I tried to tell the assoc at the customer service window, they could care less. I want to feel safe when I am out shopping, I will never go there again. I don't care if it is the only thing open. I feel they discriminate against americans because of the location and 99% of the assoc are hispanic. Wrong thing to do here in america.. I don't care what the population is in the community, do not discriminate against me because I AM NOT HISPANIC treat me as equal and others will follow suit...
