Debit card scam
Cashier added $20.00 from my debit card saying I asked for cash back.I didn't and can count the times I ever have done so. When I went back to confront him after I checked my receipt out he insisted he folded the $20.00 bill and handed it to me with my receipt. I told him he never gave me any money back and why would he fold the money anyway. First he insisted he would know as soon as he opened his drawer and checked. I waited. When he opened his drawer after waiting on a customer he just handed me a 20.00 saying he believed me if I said he didn't give me any money. I believe I made too much noise and he didn't want any trouble with his boss. When I got home and told my husband of this we looked at the receipt and found he charged me $11.00 too much for the two items on sale that I did purchase anyway! What should have been a $16.00 sale was a $27.00 sale. I think I'm just done with Kmart! Their cashier's are so very rude and VERY UNEDUCATED ! one shouldn't need a special degree but should at the very least know how to speak proper english!!

Online scam
I went to go on their website to register for the $ 2500 survey content and there was no such thing. The only thing that came up was the complaint about KMarts FALSE advertising. There should be a class action suit on them for this. SHAME of KMart I will make sure everyone I know knows what they did and how they LIE to customers and LIE out right.

Overpriced merchandise
Never fails. Every time I make a purchase at KMart, the sale price marked on signs where merchandise is located, is never reflected when rung up at register. The last 4 times I have shopped at KMart, this has happened each and every time.

False advertising
My receipt says "tell us about your experience and you could win a $2500 Kmart gift card Please visit our website within 7 days of the date of purchase: kmartfeedback.com to complete the survey, you will need the 19 digit receipt number from your receipt."
THERE IS NO SUCH WEBSITE!

Poor Customer service & False Advertising
I went to Kmart only to stand in line behind 6 other customer & only 1 cashier line open! Then Customer service desk announces they will check someone out but only if you don't have very many items. I checked out at customer service only to have my newly puchased items placed into a white garbage bag! The clerk said" we are out of bags!" Out of bags??? I looked over at the one cashier and she was also putting things into garbage bags! How tastless! who does the ordering? couldn' t the get bags from another Kmart store. Then I noticed on my receipt to visit the website with 7 days of purchase to leave feedback...I thought perfect opportunity but wait... this website doesn't exist! I will never shop at Kmart again!

checking receipts
The survey is a hoax plus the checking of the receipts is racial profiling. The white people go out undisturbed and the blacks get stopped to show their receipt to prove that they paid for it. Someone needs to tell them to stop this nonsense!!!
