Rude Cashier
I was explaining to the associate at the service desk that I was over charged for a couple items on my last visit to the store, and I was also wanting to return a couple blouses that I didn't want. He said that he coulsn't take my word for it and that I had to know the name of the manager that I had spoken with on the phone. I couldn't remember her name because it had been about a week before. I live almost 45 miles away and I was assured by the manager that it wouldn't be a problem, to just bring in my reciept. I offered to take him back to where the one item was so he could see for himself that it was signed wrong or wasn't ringing up the right price.He refused to go back with me and by that time another associate was there, and she too offered no assistance at all in the matter. I finally just said to give me my damn money back on the blouses and he shoved them toward me and said No I will not and you can leave. He said that I had cussed him, and I said no I didn't .I just said to give me my damn money back on the two blousees. I then asked for him to page a manager, and he wouldn't! He did say then that he would do the return, but I had to leave! The more I thought about the way he treated me the angrier I got. I have worked with the public for several years now and that is not how you treat your customers.

there is no web site for 2,500 gift card
my store receipt says kmart values your feedback tell us about your experience and you could win a $2, 500 kmart gift card visit kmartfeedback.com, enter the 19 digit receipt number. the web site has no place for the number and does not have the state, this is a scam and as far as i see it i will never visit kmart ever again, i purchased the product roundup for weeds and they charged 8.08 a bottle, i then went to krogers and the same product was 4.98. where is the kmart feedback web site.

false advertisement
i cant believe that kmart is doing this to people there playing with peoples minds i really thought they were giving away 2500 gftt card. i was looking forward to entering. u cant trust kmart now.

No Web Site as Advertised
Tried to Enter Wrangler's Dad & Dale Jr. Contest (www.kmart.com/dadanddale) advertised in a Kmart sales ad under four different servers in the allowed dates given, but there is NO such site. Fire the idiots working for Kmart's online contests! Even I know how to make a website that works & I'm a stay at home mom! Very dissappointed in Kmart (as usual)!

Terrible experience
1) I bought a watch. I wore it for 10 minutes and the watch fell off me. The pin fell out of the clasp. I went to the return desk. There was 3 women standing at the desk talking. I waited for 5 minutes. All 3 women walked away from the desk. Then 1 woman turned to the other and said, " you have a customer". Her reply, I didn't see her. She looked at a few times while she was talking with the other 2 women. Not happy with this. Then I used my debit card, she said that it was used as a credit card and the return would be put back on my card. I said then I have to watch my bank account to see if I get my money put back into my account? She said this is what I would have to do. This is upsetting. I buy a watch which falls off me as soon as I get home and I have to keep checking my account to see if I get the money returned. Not good business!

SURVEY SUBMISSION
THIS ENTRY ABOVE GOES RIGHT ALONG WITH MY COMPLAINT. IT IS JUST NOT CLEAR HOW TO FILL IT OUT, A LOT OF NOTHING TO DO WITH THE SITUATION.
I AM WRITNG AS MY COMPLAINT WITH KMART IS THE WEB SITE YOU ARE TOLD TO GO TO TO DO THE SURVEY TO WIN A $2500 GIFT CARD. I HAVE TRIED A NUMBER OF TIMES TO TAKE THE SURVEY AND HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO FIND IT, LET ALONE COMPLETE IT. I GO TO THE "KMARTFEEDBACK.COM" SIGHT AND NEVER COME UP WITH THE RIGHGT PLACE. I THINK YOU NEED TO MAKE IT SO WE CUSTOMERS CAN GET ON LINE EASILY LIKE OTHER COMPANIES SO WE CAN TAKE THE SURVEY.

employee attitude
I was shopping for printer ink (vivera HP 02). They had every color except black which is the number one color of cartridge. I ask for help in finding it. The guy working in the electronic dept. ask if I saw a price header for black. I said no but they had every other color. He said if there was not a header then they probably didnot carry it. I said that made no sense concidering they had all the other colors. He said that a lot of things k-mart did didn't make sense to him. I ask if he couild contact anyone up the corp. ladder to let them know that they were missing the black cartridge. He said everything came from corp. and he could not do a thing. I thought this odd so I ask to speak to the store manager. He was not there so they had me speak to the asst. mgr. She said that she was standing there when I ask the clerk and that what he stated was right. They had no authority to tell anyone at corp. anything about product. I normally do not take the time to respond to silly people or silly situations but this was beyond silly. I have owned my own business for 16 years and understand that you cannot have everything a customer ask for but it seemed to me that ordering all but one color of cartridge might be an oversight of the buyer. I thought they might want to know. Maybe if the employees of k-mart were more helpful and not so negitive they would have more business, especilly at a time when business is suffering. Thank You

2,500 kmart gift card
I spend a lot of money at kmart, but now with this receipt scam. I'll just go over the road 2 walmart and spend my money with them. You'll loss there gain.

Bad experience
What a joke, this is the second time I have tried this. Why advertise something to get consumers hopes up and it fails. Next time (if there is a next time) I will want to speak to a manager, and ask them to show me how to get the feedback to come up.
