Missing merchandise
I bought this item for $15.99, got home and item was not with the rest of mdse. I purchased. Went back to Kmart and they denied that the rod set was left at the store. Very disappointed with Kmart, as I was certain they put the rod back in stock. I
will continue to shop there, but thought as a good customer, they would make good on the above item. I have not had that problem with other stores.

FALSE promise of $2,500 contest
Buy something at the store, give your receipt number and you have a chance at the $2, 500 gift card; however, there is NO site for this contest when I type in kmartfeedback.com !!!
This is a scam. I put in a complaint, put in the code number CORRECTLY and it keeps rejecting my complaint !!!
What's going on, Kmart???????

No Air Conditioning
It is always hot in the store and athe manager doesn't seem to care, you see carts just left in the aisles where people get too hot and leave.

Kmart's receipts have this stated on them, saying to log on to this sight, and enter for a chance to win $2500 gift card. It is a false-hood. You cannot get onto any such kind of a sight. You get no where. No chances to give them your feedback on your shopping experience, or to win a gift card.

Scam and fraud!
Unable to get the advertised $2500 Gift Card Survey as noted on Kmart purchase receipts. I feel that this is a hoax. Kmart should be held accountable to its customers for the falseness and misleading notice that is printed on every receipt when you purchase items from their store.

I went to the give my feedback about the gift I received for Mother's Day and there was no website just this complaint site. I was surprized since I like to shop at Kmart. Since I work for a retail store also I can understand some mistakes you incurr when useing other companies to do your web site, but as I continued to read the complaints and they had been since last year, I am applauld that Kmart has not fixed this problem right away.
