Choose several rugs to buy, with sales signs on the shelves, but no pricing on any of the rugs. Cashier got associate to check when scanned at much higher cost. Assistant manager brought to check, manager brought to check. After 45 minutes of waiting in line, manager stated that the signs had been moved and would not honor the price, "it was just to bad". .
Also during this busy Saturday morning, there was only 2 lines open, one more than usual, and customers got in line behind us and got upset that it was taking so long and only one other line was open. I too have been in there when there are 10 or more customers in one or two lines and they never open another line.

To be eligeable for a $2, 500 Kmart gift card you need to fill out feedback on website. I have searched and searched and there is NO website. What is up with that Kmart??? I have not shopped there in a long time and now I WON'T go back. Not good business!!

THIS IS BEYOND A COMLPAINT. THE BOY'S GRAPHICS T-SHIRTS WITH DERROGETORY COMMENTS ABOUT WOMEN, DISRESPECT TO PARENTS, PROMOTION OF IGNORANCE AND LAZINESS NEED TO BE PULLED FROM EVERY KMART IN THE WORLD. KMART REFUSES TO SELL MUSIC WITH ANY SWEARING, DISRESPECT TO WOMEN OR DRUG REFRENCE WITHOUT IT BEING EDITED. KMART CLAIMS TO DO THIS IN ORDER TO SAFEGAURD CHILDREN AGAINST THESE MESSAGES. WHY WOULD A CORPORATION CENSOR ONE DEPARTMENT FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CHILDREN ONLY TO TARGET THEM DIRECTLY IN THE DEPARTMENTS DEDICATED TO CHILDREN SPECIFICLLY. I HAVE PURCHASED FOUR OF THE T-SHIRTS TODAY. AS THESE SHIRTS ARE NOW MY PROPERTY, AND I WILL BE RECIEVING NO FINANCIAL GAIN FROM SO DOING, I WILL BE SHARING THESE PHOTO’S WITH ANYONE I FEEL MAY BE ABLE TO ASSIST ME. KMART HAS APPARENTLY NOT LEARNED FROM THE "PROMBLEM SOLVED" STICK FIGURE BOY'S T-SHIRT WHICH CAUSE D MAJOR CONTROVERSY IN 2006. SPOKESMAN STACIE BEHLER WAS QUOTED DURING THAT CONTROVERS Y STATING, "WE HAVE INITIATED A MORE ROBUST REVIEW PROCESS OF THE CONTENT THAT APPEARS ON OR CLOTHING TO MAKE SURE IT IS CONSISTENT WITH OUR CORE VALUES ON ' FAMILYNESS.' " SHE FURTHER STATES, "AS SOON AS IT WAS BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTITION, WE PULLED THE PRODUCT BECAUSE IT IS SO INCONSISTANT WITH OUR CORE VALUES THAT IT SHOULD NEVER HAVE SHOWN UP ON THE FLOOR IN THE FIRST PLACE." OH, REALLY?
