I love shopping at Kmart. The lady in the electronics area and the lady in the toy area (Carlita) are very helpful. (Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands store.) Sometimes they need more checkouts open and it seems you can never find someone in the furniture area to help you when you need help. But overall the experience is great. You can find almost anything you need there. (Today I was looking for a serving tray and could not find one.) When you need to return something, they never give you a hard time.

Kmart receipt says to visit website for chance to win 2500.00 gift card. this site does not exist. Kmart is scamming customers and are absolutely making false statements to all who shop and spend their hard earned money with them. They should be sued. Slap them with a class action lawsuit, maybe they will think before using such tactics in the future.

I just went to kmart on 12/26/07 and I saw the feedback .com,. when I entered the e mail address from my receipt it took me to this site and it was quite disturbing to see that this is a scam. I worked at kmart at this very store in the 70"s and I was quite disappointed to learn that this is a hoax. I live only three blocks from the store and shop there frequently. Could you please address this and let me know the outcome?

I am also disappointed in an order no# 10701239 for an Optimus prime head mask that I placed o November 18th for my grandsons birthday Dec.20 and I still have not received it., I called the number on the order and I was told that my order was sent to the warehouse. I still have not received my purchase. I thought the one place I could trust was Kmart, but that is twice I have been letdown...

Went to Kmart for the big 50% after the holiday sale... WHAT A JOKE!!! 50% of what I got off the sale shelves was not on sale... I guess they think we won't even notice and pay full price. I tried to talk to Manager and she was having a personal conversation and did not care about all the items that were on the sales shelves but NOT ON SALE. Kmart is an overpriced Big Lots these days.

I have searched and can not find a feedback site. I did put in the www. Still could not find it, only found a 5000 gift card!
