bad manager costomer complaints
i went into stor to redeam a voucher i recieved and they called for the manager to come up to help and it took her 3 calls to come to the front and she made the comment she had things to do as she was walking near. then she tried for 45minutes to figure out why or what was wrong with the register or the voucher and still told me i was not able to use my voucher i will be calling the place in the morning also to see if it was my voucher but before i left my house i called a sears rep on the phone and was told it was good to use. i have been to this store many of times and when you have a question or a problem it is like pulling teeth to get help and to me that is no way to treat a costomer. thank-you for your time.

I just got this receipt from kmart that has printed on it to go to the kmart feedback.com to have a chance to win $2,500.00. The site is not even up it's a gimmick just like the store. I don't think I will ever mess with this store agian. It's extremely disorganized and the prices on the items , if you can find them are not even what ring up at the register. There is so much false advertising. Kmart was a huge disappointment.

layway lost
I HAD THE WORST EXPERINCE OF MY LIFE OR SHALL I SAY THE DAY I STEPED INTO KMART IT WAS HELL I RECENTLY WENT THERE TO PUT UP A CHRISTMAS LAYWAY TO COME OUT THE LAST DAY TO PICK UP DEC,7 2007 I WENT THERE TO PAY IT OUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY AFTER STANDING THERE 45 MINUTES OR MORE HOLDING MY 3 MONTH OLD IN MY ARMS THEY NEVER SAID WHAT WAS WRONG. AFTER STANDING I DECIDED TO ASK WHAT WAS THE PROBLEM THE GIRL SAYS WE CAN'T FIND YOUR LAYWAY. THEN SHE SAID AM GONE GO CHECK AFTER 20 MORE MINUTES SHE BRINGS ME A RECEIPT AND SAY WE CAN'T FIND IT AND WALKED OFF NO SORRY OR ANYTHING THE LOST 6 MORE PEOPLE LAYWAYS THAT WAS WAITING THEY WAS JUST STANDING AROUND DOING NOTHING BUT LOOKING AT ALL OF US THE MANAGER WAS CALL 3 TIMES AND NEVER CAME BACK TO SAY I SORRY ABOUT THE MISUNDERSTANDING OR ANYTHING AM VERY CRUSHED ABOUT THIS IT'S 2 WEEKS LEFT BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND HOW AM I GONE FIND MY KIDS WHAT I WANTED THEM TO HAVE. THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED HE DID'NT KNOW WHAT TO DO THE STAFF HAD TO HELP HIM IT MAD THE STORE LOOK BAD THAT HE COULDNT ANSWER NO QUESTIONS I HE WAS SAYING WAS THAT I DONT KNOW. THE WOMEN AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK WAS VERY NICE TO ME AFTER HAVING SERVERAL ANGRY CUSTOMERS.AFTER GETTING TO CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM REFUNDING MY MONEY BECAUSE 2 ITEMS WAS NOT POPPING UP EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ON THE RECEIPT I HAD TO STAND AGAIN BEFORE THEY GOT THAT STRAIGHT IT WAS THE WORST EXPERINCE AT KMART OF MY LIFE. I FEEL LIKE THEY COULD HAVE GAVE US SOMETHING FOR ALL THE TROUBLE AM GONE REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS PARTNERS.

Would not honor sale item
There were four or five signs along the rugs that said, Buy one, get one for 50% off. At the register, it didn't ring up, so I walked back with the lady and she brought one of the signs up and said that they were suppose to be, Buy one get one 50% off. But the other lady said no, it wouldn't be for those rugs. So, I just got one of them. They were $8.49.
Also, I had gotten a coupon for $10. off a $50. purchase for Kmart when you use your sears credit card a couple weeks ago in the mail. So, my husband and I had made sure we had the $50. worth of stuff and when we got up there, she said we couldn't use it. Because it had expired Nov. 30. But, I just got it a couple weeks ago, so she checked with someone and they wouldn't let us use it. We were very upset with this store and we never want to go back to it. They need to honor their sales they have and if they are going to send you a coupon, you need to have some time to use it.
Also, there is no feedback survey like the receipt says.

prices
all mens outerwear was advertised on sale at 40% off. The jacket my husband wanted had a hood and quilted lining but was told it was not outer wear and we were charged the full price. If that isn"t outer wear what is?

Kmart does not value your feedback!
There is no such website, and why is Kmart allowed to continue, to print off such information on the receipt, knowing that it is a lie. There should be some type of law out there to prevent things like this from happening.
