The site kmartfeedback.com DOES exist. There is no listing on search engines, but it you type it in on the address bar, you'll go directly to the site.

RECEIPT OFFERS CHANCE TO WIN $2500 IN EXCHANGE FOR ENTERING A SURVEY ON KMARTFEEDBACK.COM. THERE IS NO SUCH WEB SITE. JUST PLAIN BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES. NO WONDER THEY ARE ABOUT TO FOLD THE TENTS.

Personel relations
I've been buying, medicine, clothes and misc. items for twenty years at this store. I know there needs to be change in products and new items. But since this store has changed around and added several new section to the store, it a mess. There are so many item I don't think anyone will ever use, or buy. I've tired several times to buy clothes, shoes, and personal items to ware, yes I know I'm a size 18 to 20, but what there a 65 yr old woman would be seen in - Now my receipt from today Dec 5, 2007, I can't registor to $2,500, It looks to me the right hand doesn't know what the left hand, is doing. Guess I'll start driving a little further to shop and go to Wal-Mart. Oh, tell your unservice people a little kinds goes along way.

I also tried to take the survey and ended up on this website what is going on with all this drama. I cant believe in this day they use such a lame excuse like the website is down maybe they need to hire a new I.T guy.

on 12/1/07 i purchased items at this kmart in new castle pa...the cashier said that i could register online using my receipt to enter to win 2500.00 kmart gift card....went to the site and their is none? was this a scam? im very upset for i shop at kmart all the time and not walmart......well i guess walmart is not scamming anyone, so i might as well go their....
what a shame kmart did this....and yes they said it was computer problems when i called the store....and also if you apply online for a job at kmart....and dont get a call back and call the store....they say their computers are down also....um...sounds like a pattern...

No site for feedback!
After we bought several items at a KMart I looked at the receipt before I threw it away and notice that it said to go to this site to register for a possible prize of $2,500.00 after filling out a survey on my visit. No such site exists. I will not go to a Kmart again.

Fraudulent prices!
After more than a year of complaints and going to customer service desk for refunds , I decided to give up on shopping my local K-mart grocery store. The prices marked on the shelves are not always the prices that ring at the register. The Manager even told me that the Grocery Manager just cannot seem to get it right ! Incompetence that results in out right fraud should not be tolerated, but sad to say at K-mart this seems to be more the norm. I am reporting them to the BBB and the State Consumer Board.
