Went to buy a pair of shoes and it was BOGO and there were signs all over the shoe department that said buy one get one half off. When we got up to the register it did not give us the buy one get one half off. We went to the service desk and the person at the desk said that one pair of shoes were not BOGO. The lady told us that we had to read the fine print. She was not very nice about it either. We should not have to read fine print at a store with BOGO signs all over. If the print was bigger no one would have to go through what we went through. I will not shop at that Kmart again or tell anyone else to either. All you need to do is make your signs alittle larger or do not put the BOGO signs where there are things already on sale. You can email me at [email protected] with any comment.
