Lack of employee service
I just left your store on S. 27th st and I-94. Let me tell you what a horrible experience it was! First of all, from the outside appearence, I wasn't even sure if this store was still in business? The parking lot was empty and half the interior light were off inside. Upon entering it looked as if you were going out of business. Shelves not stocked full and floors looked limited in stock or variety. I went to purchase sundries that were on sale in order to use up my gift card.( I don't normally shop at your stores.)
Anyways, I had a coupon for buy one get one free item and when I got to the checkout (only one open) the cashier did not know how to ring up the coupon. That was obserd! The other item I purchased did not come up at the sale price so she called for a price check and the person that was scheduled for that task was busy working on the loading dock, so I had to do my own price check, so I could leave. I went back to pull the skew card and bring it back to the cashier to show it was on sale. She argued with me about it so I demanded to speek with a manager. The manager was called and argued with me that I did not bring the right skew for the product when all the varieties were on sale. The only differance was the package I had, had a bonus bottle of shampoo attacheded. The price was a 30 cent differance due to the so called bonus item ( that should have been free with the purchase of the deoderant.) Anyways the manager could see how upset I was about taking so long to purchase three items at the checkout and my arguing about lack of service, that she instructed the cashier not to respond to me, gave me it for the sale price and rudely walked away as I was talking to her. What kind of people do you employee anyways? It is my opinion that the customer is always right. Lack of service is a poor reflection on behalf of the store. Training of employees in regard to service is crucial to the sucess of the store. From what I saw, it was poor management on behalf of the store, that is to blame and for a manager to be that rude to me, I feel she needs to go back and brush up on her people skills. As for the store... Now I know why the store looked deserted.

I went on the websitewww.kmartfeedback.com and was surprisedto be writing this as thefeedback site does not appear to exist so that I can
write the survey and be enteredto win a 2, 500.00 gift card. I am suppose to have this entered within 7 days, today is 04/14/2009 and my 19 number entry is : 07426 041409 002 05718.
As far as my survey/feedback goes, I was able to find what I needed at Kmart so it was a disappointment when I went on line to a website that did not appear to exist.
What can you do to rectify the situation/ I can not speak for all, however those of us who have gone to the "nonexisting" website would
be happy to receive a reply as to what happened .

I left merchandise at store,I called them to let them know and they put it back on the shelves anyway.
I accidently left merchandise at the KMart store. I immediately called the store when I realized I didn't have everything when I returned home. They told me it was there. I told them to please put my name on the merchandise and I would return to pick it up. I live approximately 30 miles and I own a restaurant and returning as soon as I realized I left it there was impossible for me to do right away. I had Christmas Parties to take care of at my restaurant for two days and I could not return until the third day. When I returned they did not have my merchandise, but then discovered that it had been returned to the shelves. They did write down two of the items, but a third item was missing. The clerk said that it wasn't written down and she couldn't do anything about it. I think that this is very poor business on their part. I not only had to walk all the way back to the store to get my merchandise that I had left, but I didn't get all of it back or refunded. My receipt# is 07304 121108 005 19283.

lack of products
Every time Faygo's are on sale they are always out of redpop, you would figure that Kmart would be smart enough to stock alot more of this product, also I have been trying to buy spray paint in gray for three days now, I am just told there hasn't been any trucks come in to replentish the stock, however, the employee's are stocking the shelves when I ask, and most times they don't even go check the stockroom, sad store to deal with.
