I ordered a pair of size 11 boots for my grandson and a pack of t-shirts on January 27, 2011. The order took a week and a half to arrive and the boots were sent in a size 8. I promptly filled out the enclosed return slip and placed the items back in the original packaging as instructed on the site. UPS was unable to use the return label provided as it was incorrect type of label. I called and spoke with customer service 5 times since, and finally requested a manager at which point today I was told they would not put one on the phone. I even called UPS and was told it was as easy as kmart pressing a shipping pickup button on their computer since they have an account, which they refused to do. I do not want to pay return shipping. I do not want to go to the store 20 or more minutes away with a bad back and a cane after following all required directions. I have been promised from the first phone call that the package would be picked up .They need to follow their own return policy! My order number is 207348568. I have encountered polite customer service people on the phone, however they have accomplished nothing and I will never shop at this site or store again and would advise others to BEWARE!!

In Oct 2007 I purchased products from kmart.com and on 1/11/2007 my debit card was DOUBLE charged AGAIN. ( I was double charged in Oct) Over the last 9 days I have talked to over 20 people in customer service and at the corporate office, with no resolution. I was told on 1/11 that kmart.com was aware of the computer error that caused several customers to have their credit cards charged accidentally, I have yet to see ANY type of resolution. The charging of my card has caused me to have many overdraft charges and returned check fees. I was told by a supervisor by the name of Ruben that kmart was not responsible for the overdraft charges. However, the overdraft charges are a direct result of the unauthorized charge on my debit card.

Not to mention that the table that I bought in Oct came missing a piece and after fighting to get the piece for 4 weeks and finally being told that kmart.com does not have replacement parts, I was forced to take the table to kmart store 45 minutes away. Then in the middle of December the missing piece shows up at my front door.
