Unauthorized payment
I got two charges for 35.81 on my checking account. one from kmassist.com and then one that says healthcare but both for the same amounts. I am so upset right now because I do not know how they keep on getting this information. I need to get my money back! This is ridiculous!

on the 7th of jan 2011 i was charged by a pos (cr ) purchase 120097_KMASSIST.COM 866942 IN THE UK the sum of $63.29 au plus a currency conversion fee of $1.58 au I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO TAKE ANY MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, SO WHAT ARE YOU LOT GOING TO DO ABOUT IT .

money taken from bank account
I for some reason checked my bank account today to only find that $88.85 has been taken out of my bank for this company kmassist went on there website and rang to be told that that number no longer exists. It seems to be an American company and I have not received anything and have not agreed for this money to come out of bank. What can I do???

Unauthorized CC charge
I had a charge on my credit card on 1/11/2011 of $35.81 for something I did not purchase, try, or use. Nothing was ordered nor was anything received. This is a total scam operation. I have seen that there are a number of other complaints about the same company for the same amount or in some cases even more. Google kmassist.com and see what you get.

Dear Sir these people have taken out nearly £60, 00 out of my account, which i havent authorised please look into it i am mad as hell how dare they do this been to my bank and asked me to get them to reinburse me but tried to ring them no such no. please could you help?

unauthorised transaction
I have just checked my bank statement and found a withdrawal amount for KMASSIST.COM, I have never heard of this company and most certainly did not order any products from them. I have tried to contact them on the number stated on their website but just get told to check the number and try again.

Unauthorized bank withdrawal
Today, 1/11/11, there was an unauthorized withdrawal from my checking account for $63.18 and also a withdrawal for some kind of international fee. I have no idea what this is for. I closed my checking account so that this will not happen again. Don't know any other way to stop them.

I never received their products, they charged into my rebate card, when I called I spoke with the manager, but he was not corporative. unauthorized credit card payment
WHAT A SCAM! We are not protected by people like that. First they charged me under Max Diet, then Diet Max Cleanse, then ELG Tech, and today KMAssist.com . After all the phone callings to them (good Luck? ) and to my own credit card compagny and all the agravation of repeating, explaining, waiting etc. you still have to worry about what name it will be under next time plus it can be done at any given time. Furthermore they send you e-mail under different names to which you cannot reply and if you dare open it to see what it is all about you are charged automatically because by opening the e-mail, it is a confirmation of an autorized order??? What a SCAM ... BANKS and CREDIT CARD COMPANY please do something about them
