I've received this statement twice (.. notification of a 2010 Mercedes built, Swiss designed Smart CAR) for $30.00 . Only to received it again exactly as before which cause me to investigate and now feel stupid.My name is Darlene Faison and I'd like to get my money back. Does anyone have any ideas on HOW to accomplish this?
