On 13 July 2008, I bought a knight Sofa set (Maroon Color) at above mentioned address, other details as mentioned below.

I am disappointed because Housfull product and service has not performed as it should because from the date the Sofa set I received i.e. 17 July 2009, I had issues. Within a week only I raised a complaint to Housfull customer care department about the Chairs and the three seater.
1. About Chairs - The inclination of the back of the chair is not as same as the sample piece I have seen in the showroom. And one chair leg bush was missing (which later Carpenter came and Closed the issue)
2. About 3 seater - It was not having the tension as it was in the sample piece that we have seen in the showroom.
To confirm above issues I requested you Customer care to send a Carpenter to check it . After couple of calls at last he came and he confirmed me that the concerns raised by are genuine and I should get action need to happen on it. Since it was new I requested Customer Care replace this Sofa Set with the new one, for which they said they will check and reply.
Since no action happened from House full Customer care end, I called again customer care department to action on my concerns, after many phone calls to Pune and Mumbai I did not receive a proper response and every time I call Customer care I need to tell them the whole story. This is happened almost for 3 months.
After 3 odd months the same carpenter came and took photographs and I asked him about the reason, he replied that the Mumbai department wants to see it. And he requested me that those people want to move this to Mumbai to repair so my question was to him, What shall I do meanwhile it gets replaced/repaired ?? I need a temporary one at my home, or you have to look for it, here he was not having answers also he was not confirm in how many days it will get repaired.
This entire process took almost 5/6 months and almost each week I was calling Pune Housefull office or I was receiving call from Mumbai/ Pune office.
After that I was out of India for some office work and I could not track. I am back to India last week and came to know from my wife that still no action has happened from your end.
After coming since from 1st Sept 09 I am in mail communication with those peoples . Still no response. Everytime I call customer care department they tell that you will receive call from Mumbai HO which is yet not happened, .

Today again I called Pune office and checked the status of complaint(before that again I need to tell him the entire story, this phone calls cost I think reached almost Rs.500 now !! ), and I came to know that my complaint is been closed my Mumbai HO. I am not sure how and when it is all happened?? Does this guys have any kind of proof (any signed letter from me or receipt) that they have resolved the customer complaint?? or They believe on phone calls.
I am really very upset and disappointed with the service that I have received from Housefull.
To resolve the problem I would appreciate your action you require e.g. refund, replaced of entire sofa set. If you need I ready to send the scanned copy of my payment receipt.
