This company's ad is very misleading regarding the free trial. I ordered the product, and had 10 days to call in to cancel auto-shipping and billing. I called the next day with great effort of being on hold for a very long time, and then the lady answered and tried to bribe me to keep trial offer at a discounted rate. I said NO...and so when I asked for a confirmation number for the cancellation...she said she would send me an email. I did get the email but no way to trace cancellation because there was no confirmation number. She also told me I would have to send back the "Free Trial Order" which I haven'treceived yet. I am to mark it as "Refused and Return to Sender". I also contacted my bank and had to cancel my visa card and get a new number issued which takes about 2 weeks. This is very inconvenient. My complaint is that these types of companies should not be able to operate. They get rich off of the shipping and handling fees and nothing more!! Their products are garbage. They make it look legitimate because supposedly they have marketed their product on major TV networks making it look like they (the tv network) is endorsing them. STOP THESE TYPES OF PEOPLE!!! I HAVE LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON. No more ordereing from unreputable companies period!!
