Since signing up with Knology, we have had continually poor
Tv reception. We have had many repair people to correct this problem.
They have installed new cable to some of the rooms, they have
instlalled a booster, they have said that each time our signal strength
was okay then the next guy would say it was terrible. They installed
bigger signal booster and said the signal strength was now good. Still had the same problem, another repair man came and said the problem was the a ground rod and he would have to schedule another person for this repair.
The next person said that was not the problem. This person is the one
who finally found the true problem. The problem was knology's cable that ran under the road.
He said someone would be out in the next couple of days for repair. This has been about two months ago. I called knology
and asked how much credit they were going to give me. This person
said for a larger credit a supervisor would have to do this and the
supervisor would call. We have called in for a supervisor regarding
the repairs and credit four times. The supervisor is never avaibable
and we are told he would call back which he has not done to date.
Also no credit and we can not watch tv, especially at night.
Knology sent someone out to dig up the cable on one side of the road.
This person dug up AT&t cable for my next door neighbor.. This hole has been open for about three weeks.Knology has still not come back to fix the problem, Our Tv is about worthless.
They have not called to fix the problem or to issue a credit.
We always thought knology was good to respond until they found
the problem all along had been there own equipment.
I now feel I have been stupid for staying with Knology for all of
this time.
