I have written to the Complaint Board one other time to complain about my Knology Television reception problems and repair service.
The manager of Columbus Knology answered and appologized for the problemswe have had with them and said he would get to the bottom of the problem.
We have had an on going problem of poor or impossible to watch reception. We have had many knology repair people at our house to try to fix the problem. This has been going on for years.
Finally one person recently figured out that the problem was Knology's incoming line under the road. It took them about a
month to finally send someone out to start the repairs by digging
a hole at the front of our property. Doing this they cut my neighbors
AT&T television line off.
A technician named Bob finally came to work on the problem and
found that there was also a problem with the line from the street
to the house. He put in a temporary line that is sitting on top of
the ground and said they would be back in a couple of days to
bury it properly.
That has been three or more weeks ago.
My neighbor has complained about the hole in the ground that
knolgy people left open.
I wrote to the knology manger directly again also asking for a
credit for the months that we had no knology tv reception but he
has not answered my correspondece.
We still do not have our service line burried, nor have they filled
the hole at the street.
