Unsure of Contract
I have a contract at the Gwinnett location for one year ending in January, and all of sudden the location closed and isn't there anymore when I went to go to class. I just called the Sandy Springs location because it was the only one who answered the phone to be honest, all the others voicemail boxes are completly full... so after speaking with Olivia, I told her that I do not want it to roll over after it ends, and she said because I paid in full that it won't, however I used my credit card and I was wondering after reading all these complaints if anyone has had them roll it over automatically without your permission???

cancellation process
Knuckle Up Fitness has closed Four locations only having the Sandy Springs and Alphretta locations opened. I began my membership at the 14th street location. (living in Deactur)There was no email, phone call or letter of closing or their relocation. I have tried alittle over a week now, everyday calling the numbers that have been given to me. ALL voice mails are full, so you are not able to leave a messege and no one ever answer the phone!
When I call ABC Financial the direct me to Paula Wilson with the same number I was given a 10 days ago to follow the "cancellation procedure" so they may stop payment.
I am beyond frustrated and I am at the point to seek legal advice on this matter. I cant just "Stop Payment" through my bank, because as you know at some point that will effect my credit. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I only hope that their our members of this gym that have had better luck then myself. If so, Throw me a CLUE ...please!!!

Refusal To Cancel My Membership & Further Harrasment
I have experienced the same problems with Knuckle Up Fitness. Followed all the necessary steps to cancel and they still are trying to charge me. Three years later and they are still harassing me. What is the deal with these people!!! Now the billing department in Colorado, Palomar Associates, are saying they never received anything years ago and stating that and I better pay or else. I've already gone through hoops with these people years ago and they still keep resisting.

Overcharged
I used to be a member with Knuckle Up Fitness until I canceled it when I moved. All of a sudden my bank account was charged $49 which was months after it was canceled. Because of this charge, it caused overdraft fees. I called the gym and they gave me a contact. This woman said she would contact the owners and would let me know but I never heard from her again. I emailed her yet again, and still, nothing. This is bad business ethics and Knuckle Up Fitness does not want to be responsible for taking people's money and not paying them back. You would think the way the economy is that they would be a little more mindful but they don't care, they just want your money. The gym isn't all that great to begin with! If you join, good luck! It's a total rip-off!

Terrible experience
I called to cancel my membership that was to be up for renewal in January and was asked if I had a copy of my contract. I stated that I did not and that their 'system' was showing that I had another year left of my contract. I signed up in January 2007. I specifically remember the sales associate saying my options were the following: $69/month for 1 year membership, $59/month for 2 years membership, and $49/month for 3 years membership. I chose the $59/month for 2 years which is what I have been paying for almost 2 years now. Now, my contract magically says that I signed up for 3 years and they will not end my contract. Do not sign up with them, if you do keep a copy of your contract.
