Prints
I have ordered Professional Color Management, 11"x14", Show entire image prints twice now within the last 6 weeks. Both times they have messed up by not showing entire print and also the color hasn't been good. Why do they have the option "show entire image" if they are not going to follow instructions. And why would you buy more for Professional Color Management if they have unskilled people doing the color correcting, if indeed they have anyone at all doing it. I have been very disappointed with their professional print service.

Picture CD
I ordered an archive CD more than a month ago and when I checked on the web site it indicated it was shipped. When I did not receive the CD I emailed customer service and they keep promising that another CD will be shipped. But to date they have not shipped a CD and cannot provide proof of a single shipment.
When you call your hold time is 30 minutes. My credit card has been charged a month ago.
Kodak Picture Gallery fraud and I hope I can get my credit card company to reverse the charges and get my money back from theses thieves.

coupon
I was given a $15 off coupon from Kodak Gallery to be used by October 18th. I used the coupon appropriately but lo and behold was charged full price for the book. I spent two hours on the phone with them trying to get the issue resolved. They refused to credit my account $15 and refused to cancel my order. They said I could use the $15 on my next order. Finally after speaking to FOUR people and threatening to get my credit card company involved they cancelled my order. Buyer beware of KodakGallery.com.

email received
I keep getting an email that my photos will be deleted if I do not respond and click on their webiste which I did not do...also states that by clicking on my suposed photo site, I would be agreeing to their terms and conditions. I am not a customer or user of this photo storage product that they offer.
