We purchased a Ford Explorer on April 15, 2010 from the lot in Green Bay. The window sticker claimed that the air conditioning and power mirrors worked. After getting the vehicle home, the aforementioned in fact DID NOT work. We called the Green Bay office, and they said that we would have to take it to Oconto to the garage there and would be a short appointment. I explained that we live 80+ miles from the Oconto location, yet I had to take a day off of work and ended up sitting at the garage for three hours to be told to bring the vehicle back in a few weeks. It is now July, and we have returned the vehicle FIVE times for the same problem. They do not compensate for any gasoline, always leaving me with an empty tank. This is THEIR mistake, yet they do not own up to it.
Their customer service skills have left little to be desired. We call and leave a message on the general mailbox to be told later that we never call.
