I bought a bus ticket for my son to travel from Penang to KL on 10/12/2009 at 4.30 pm. Three days before the travel date I went to the counter to change the ticket to 11/12/2009. My request was turned down and I had to buy a new ticket for him. The staff said he will try to sell the ticket for me. On 10/12/2009 my son went to the station to send his friends off at 4.30 pm and he saw the bus was full. Someone has bought the ticket and sat at his seat. When I wanted to claim my refund, I was turned down saying that the ticket was unsold.
I hope the authority will do something to curb this malpractice.I can furnish more detail .
