I am registering an official complaint about KooKooBearKids.
I ordered quite a bit of furniture from them, about $2000 worth, they were not able to get my furniture and told me my bank account would be credited that day-that was two weeks ago.
They have been VERY non communicative with me-especially Kara.
I have done everything in my power to get this resolved.
Several phone calls, no call backs. Several emails-one directed to the owner-no response. NO response.
I am now forced to post on the complaints board.
Maybe I will get a response after posting this.
