At first I was very impressed with the customer service of Koolprint, but as soon as they got my money it all stoped. When I received my order the print quality was awful, you could not make out the picture. I then tried to to contact Koolprint for a reprint and thats when the games began. I was passed from customer service agent to customer service agent. I was promised calls back and never received them. I had customer service agents pretend to be the manager. When I finally got a hold of the manager he would not return my phone calls. I left messages and emails with no response.

I then looked online and found websites dedicated to similar complaints on Koolprint. Someone needs to put them out of business now!

One of your advertisers, Koolprint is a scam. We ordered in July, 2007 500 brochures and were told they would be delivered in 4 weeks. Two months later still no brochures. I screamed and hollered and finally they sent out 50. Every week I called they said that the rest were sent out but never were. More screaming and hollering and more promises then they sent 225 brochures in October. Again, I continued to call to find out where the remaining 225 were and they lied each time and said that they were sent out. I asked for tracking numbers and they wouldn't supply them. Last week again I asked when the balance would be sent and they said Friday and they would forward the tracking number. I called today and they gave me a phony tracking number. This is a scam!!!
