My biggest mistake was sending them a check instead of using a credit card. At least with a credit card you can dispute the charges. Order business cards in July, 2007, after a month of receiving nothing I started contacting customer service... I kept getting "2 weeks and you will get your order". It's now January 2008 and still no business cards. This company is the biggest scam... no scruples! They have a Houston office, but the actual printing and running of the company is in Turkey (I believe). I've been to the Houston office and it's a one room office with a bunch of "samples"... the only thing they do out of the Houston office is mail samples. Customer Service is excellent until you send them money... once they have your money, it's all over but the crying!
