My husband and brought a car from koons ford used car outlet on 5980 belair road, baltimore, md 21206 (410) 485-8500, we brought this car on 04/28/07, on 04/29/07 we took the car back to then and let then know that the abs light would not go off and the car was making a squeaking noise. They told us to leave the car. When back and got the the next day they said everything was good. Kept the car for two days the abs light was still on and squeaking noise was getting louder the dealer said that they was going to keep the car and put margin in it. At that time I ask for my refund, the supervisor mr jeff stated that he do not give refunds. So they keep the car for five more days. On the six day we went and pick up the car that was around 05/12/07. Still had the squeaking noise, but the abs light was of we drove the car for two days on second day the stop in the middle of the street. Would not move. The transmission was gone up in the car. I call the dealer and they send a towed truck to pick up the car and that was on 05/15/07. They return the car on 06/14/07. We rec'd the car back on the 06/15/07 there was no a/c everytime you trun on the a/c a rattle noise start. And squeaking noise was getting louder. We return the car back to the dealer on 06/18/07. With the a/c problem and squeaking noise. I told the supervisor md jeff I do not want car. And I left the car there. All I want is my refund.
