I made 3 international calls to the toll cutomer service 24x7 in the last 30 minutes and all i hear is the stupid Kotak music and that someone will attend to you. This after, yesterday i had someone from the call centre assure me that my card will work in USA and nothing is wrong.
Is there anyone in Kotak Mamangement who is listening ?????
