Am an NRI who has opened PIS scheme with Kotak for equity investments. Customer service really sucks. Portfolio is poorly managed. No communication with clients at all. Emails are never responded. Resulting in capital loss of over 28% while Indian stock market is really doing well in 2005-2007.
