Dear Sir,
I have purchased a shirt from koutons stores located at city mall in Gorakhpur(U.P.) on 19/12/2009. As I was not sure abt. my size for the shirt, I asked the salesman and he told me that size 42 will be suitabe for u. On his reccomendation I took the shirt to my home and tried it. I found that it is oversized for me. Therefore next day I went to the Koutons stores and requested the counter manager to exchange the shirt with size 38. On my request the counter manager told me that some fragrance is coming from the shirt hence we can not replace the shirt and he called the owner Mr. Sanjay Gupta and explained all the facts. On this Mr.Sanjay Gupta became aggressive and started to abuse me and told me that this shirt will be used in any party and u want to replace it becoz Its ur habbit. U usually do these things and we are not going to replace it. You can do whatever u want and if u will not go out of my shop immediately, I will call security guard and they will throw u out. He was just going to beat me. He has rudly misbehaved with me.
Therefore, I request U to kindly take the matter more seriously and do the needful to punish the owner as he is ruining the Koutons brand by misbehaving with customer.
