KROGER #526 = RACIST, SEXIST EMPLOYEE 'ELVIS'! We've had it with this bigoted employee, this store's Manager Ralph Parmin and the store's District Manager Bill Sturm! They are shielding a blatantly racist, sexist employee named Elvis, who we and other customers have complained about repeatedly. The final straw was a week ago when he, once again, against store policy, refused to send a vile, foul-mouthed woman with too many items for the express lane to another aisle. The filth that poured from this woman was like something out of 'The Exorcist', including racist slander and physical threats. What did Elvis do? Stood there smiling, enjoying the whole thing, in front of mothers with their little children. The so-called guard they have, 'Larry', also did nothing. In case you're wondering, the customer, Elvis and the guard are all the same race; we are a different ethnicity. This happens ALL THE TIME at this store. If you're a women, Elvis doesn't see your face...he will only talk to your chest, no matter its size, shape or covering. The Store Manager has at least a dozen documented cases of this blatant behavior. He tells us "we can't really do anything because we're a union store" (an excuse we find unbelievable and insulting to unions, to boot). IF YOU HAVE BEEN SUBJECTED TO THIS KIND OF RACIST, SEXIST BEHAVIOR AT THIS KROGER STORE, WE ARE PUTTING TOGETHER A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! This isn't unusual behavior for this store's employees...an Assistant manager named Gay actually made a senior citizen cry two months ago when the customer locked herself out of her car (Gay wouldn't even let her use the store phone to call someone with a set of spare keys).
