About once ever every month the pharmacy FAILS to get my pain prescription filled thru my doctors office. It goes like this:
I request the order to be filled early that day.
I call Krogers to see if it is ready later that day.
Krogers tells me the Dr has not called back/ responded to fax.
I call the Dr- they have not received the fax.
I call Krogers & tell them the Dr never got tyhe Fax.

This SANE scenario happenens several time a year and I am responsible for getting corrected EVERY TIME!!! I find Krogers very inept here and failing to follow up with the Dr on the refill- leaving it to me! I have discussed this with them several times and the situation fails to change. I am very disgusted with their pharmacy service!!!
