AD LOOKED GOOD, SO ON 5/14/10 I ORDERED THE KRONOS GLOW TRIAL PACKAGE, FREE WITH 9.95 SHIPPING, FOR MY DAUGHTER TO TRY. THAT WAS THE END OF THAT FOR THE TIME BEING, OR SO I THOUGHT. ON 6/18 AN "ELECTRONIC PURCHASE" FROM KRONOS MYSTERIOUSLY APPEARED AS A CHARGE TO MY ACCOUNT. i THOUGHT THAT I WAS ALERT TO SCAMS, BUT THESE PEOPLE GOT ME ANYWAY.

I FAILED TO LOOK UP INFORMATION ABOUT KRONOS BEFORE HAND, OTHERWISE I WOULD NEVER HAVE ORDERED THE "FREE TRIAL" I WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER ORDER ANYTHING ADVERTISED ON THE INTERNET AGAIN, NO MATTER HOW GOOD IT SOUNDS. I'LL DO BUSINESS ONLY WITH PERSONS OR COMPANIES THAT I KNOW ARE ETHICAL AND WITH WHOM I HAVE AN ESTABLISHED RELATIONSHIP.

KRONOS WILL NOT BE ONE OF THEM.

Be very careful and make sure you send back the "free" samples or empty bottles within 30 days or your credit card will be billed $98.50 for the "free" samples and you will start receiving a package to the tune of over $100.00. Product itself is no better than drug store products. I'm out over $100.00 and the company is wriggling around and telling me I did indeed sign up for automated shipments. BEWARE because at no point is there an "agree to terms and conditions" which is the point where I usually stop whatever transaction I'm making. They are as low as you can get in the marketing and sales end of things.
