I boarded Bus from Hoskur Gate to Neralur (Route - 360K, Bus No - KA01F2831) Boarding time - 2.50 PM Saturday 12-Feb-2011. On boarding I got a call on my mobile and was on call for 30 seconds. Coductor did not ask for the ticket after that but after half the journey was over, I gave the money and on asking for ticket he suddenly started shouting and conversing badly for talking on mobile and even threatened to stop the bus on the false charges of not paying the money. He said that he was a government emplyee and he had ther right to do any thing. Is that the way to behave with a lady without any reason. Is talking on mobile prohibited in BMTC buses even in emergency. Latter he provided a ticket for Rs. 10 but latter I came to know that the ticket amount it reflected was Rs. 0 (Ticket No - R119 728511) I hope some action would be taken or atleast the conductor would be questioned for insulting and mentally harassing a lady in Public
