DO NOT, DO NOT, I STRONGLY ADIVSE THAT YOU DO NOT CONTACT A & E FOR SERVICE!! They do not provide service, they only provide headaches and lies!! I am out $500 for a stove that is NOT fixed and all I get is the run around. No one at the call center or CIT department ever gives you a straight answer or the same answer. They don't call back when they say, tech's don't show, get someone local. NEVER pay for a part up front. If they insist you pay for that $400 part, tell them NO!! Get them out of your house!! They put in phony, false parts and then you are stuck!! It is a nightmare!!
