Charged after cancellation
I cancelled the product in time but haven't made it to the post office to send it off. Looking through my bank records, I was charged, today, May 1, 2011, for the product. The company took out $108.00 after the fact of my cancellation. I am fighting the charge. Buyers beware of this company, Kumaara and Radialabs. Their addresses are the same.

Deceitful selling practices
Kumaara, Dermitage, and Hydroxatone all operate under the same Nasty Unprofessional, thievery! They offer a free sample of their cosmetics and you pay the shipping with a credit card, then 30 days later you are charged full price for the so called "free" sample. They send you more product even though you do not order more, and again charge your credit card. Do not fall for their SCAM! They need tone put out of business!

VERY Sneaky Way of Doing Business!
Be VERY careful if ordering this "FREE trial"! Next thing I knew, I had TWO credit card charges of $105.90 (99.95 + shipping charges) over a couple of months. I never authorized the continued shipments, nor did I want the product! This is a VERY SNEAKY and dishonest way to do business! Products that truly WORK (and reputable companies) don't need to 'rope you in' to some type of continuing shipment agreement that you did not sign up for! Very UNREPUTABLE business, I have to say. They said they will not credit my account even if I returned the unopened, unused product. ( Hello Kumaara, have you ever heard of the Nordstrom model/way of doing business?) Your way is definitely NOT the way to win customers!

False advertising
I ordered what was FALSELY advertised as a FREE sample of Kumaara night face cream for the price of the postage. When I called to cancel any future orders, I was charged $99 for the FREE sample. This is a major rip-off & should not be permitted by law. I just don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of their devious advertising.

thievery
I feel I was scammed. The website looks so professional and friendly. They rook you into a "free" trial", just pay shipping and handling. If you don't read the fine print, they charge you over $100.00 after 30 days for your "free" trial. Then 2 weeks later, they charge you even more money for your next shipment. When I called, they wanted to know why I was cancelling. I told them that no skin cream is worth $100.00. "Well, starting in January, you will be eligible to get the product shipped to you for only $49.95." I told them if the stuff is worth $49.95, just charge that. It's a scam from the get go. Save your money. The product is no better than the Avon products, which are a third of the price.

SCAM
WHAT A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!
Since my puny $4.95 "just to cover shipping and handling" -- I have had my credit card billed twice for over $100/month, for trashy items which I NEVER ORDERED!!!
Not only that: THESE CREEPS MAKE YOU PAY, TO SEND THE GARBAGE BACK!!!
Wish I'd checked this site before my first, innocent purchase...

charged $99.95
After hearing a commercial on internet about this fabulous product, I ordered a FREE trial and then a charge of $99.95 was taken from my bank acct. & when I called to cancel was told that the monies went toward the trial that I kept & did not return. The invoice stated that I had 30 days to try & to then call & cancel if not satisfied with no hassles and complete satisfaction. They said I went a few days over my trial period and that they had to now charge me the full price. I can't afford this amount of money and it has put me in a hardship along with a blotchy face and severe dry skin on my face. She said she would not refund my monies and they had to go by policy. I said I would send back the product which is what they advertise, to send the product back. She said they would not accept it. So therefore, I'm stuck paying the ridiculous product that is almost completely full due to the irritations it has caused. I am going to contact the news media as well as the attorney general and federal trade about their scam.
