while driving through ontario on the trans canada highway i at one point was behind a dump truck belonging to kuppers contracting.the driver was getting closer to the construction site on the highway where they were doing road work. he started to prepare for dumping in advance by lifting the automated tarp on the top of his load of gravel while still driving fairly fast.rocks started flying out and one chipped my new flawless windshield.i contacted the owner and he hung on me.his wife told me driver beware.i think their attitude is very irresponsible.i contacted my insurance company and they have tried several times to contact them but to no avail.

obviously if i ever see another cargo truck on the highway i will keep my distance but should they not take responsibility?
