Bad service
Kutztown is a college town in Pennsylvania. My house has been robbed 3 times in the past two years. Once the incident is reported it's over. It seems there is never an investigation or anything being pursued to find the individual(s)responsible. The night of the incident my house was only one of 5 houses robbed. There were 5 0r 6 more robberies in the town over the next few days. Thousands of dollars have been stolen, including just around $10, 000 from my house alone. Insurance only covered about a third of the amount stolen. The second time that my house was robbed i thought they were actually going to pursue something because they took some items for fingerprinting. It turns out i didn't get the items back from fingerprinting until almost a year later. When they returned they were covered in black soot. I didn't realize until a few days after but they actually lost the one thing i actually wanted back, my power cord to my printer. So i still do not have a working printer. All that Im asking for is for an investigation to be done. Do your job. They can't investigate a serious crime like that but they can have 4 cop cars respond to a peace and good order complaint (noise violation) for having a party and few people were drinking on the porch. I feel no investigation is done because they view us college students as replaceable. They know that for the most part the average college student is done in 4 years and they will never have to deal with them again. I go to school full-time and work full-time and for me too have my stuff stolen 3 times and no investigation, it really starts to hurt because i worked extremely hard to pay for the things that i bought. I am not the only one who feels that something should be done. There is a lot of people who have lost as much as I have.
