I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card. They now have both my money and merchandise.This is illegal at what they are doing. This company is a sham! I would steer clear of ever ordering from these people.
