How corrupt can attorneys get in order to make a buck off an accident victim ?

You’ll see after you read this valuable public service message:

The defendant ran a stop sign, totaling my vehicle, in October of 2007.

On April 9, 2010 Dorothy Kyle, ESQ (Kyle & Kyle 9446 Del Webb Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89134) was appointed as arbitrator for this auto negligence case of which I am a victim (representing myself as Plaintiff).

Overall, arbitration is mandatory in such cases unless the parties agree otherwise. Of course, the insurance defender (Joel Barber, ESQ) rejected my request to amicably settle via mediation. Such rejection, in addition to Nationwide Insurance refusing to offer fair settlement since 2007, continues to WASTE YOUR TAX PAYERS $$$$$.

As if that wasn't enough, here comes the good part...

During the first arbitration conference the insurance defender not only denied his client ran a stop sign (remember, my car was totaled...confirmed by police report) but provided Dorothy Kyle five references to prior low-ball settlement offers from the insurance company.

Revealing prior offers to an arbitrator is a direct violation of Nevada Arbitration Rules (NAR). Upon discovering this, I objection. Despite their attempted deceit both Dorothy Kyle and Joel Barber proceeded to stumble over themselves trying to convince me their blatant blunder was "...not an issue...".

That's right...these two attorneys tried in vain to cover up their collective incompetence in an attempt to detriment of my case. Despite my continued and clear objections to their unethical behavior Dorothy Kyle commanded me to continue with the conference. I then told her to end the session in a timely manner.

She told me "...you aren't going anywhere...!"

Wow…do you grasp the significance of her tirade and persistent oppression of a victim ?

Summed up...Dorothy Kyle, a licensed attorney, attempted to prevent me from leaving her office after she openly and blatantly committed malpractice, negligence, behavior unbecoming of a judicial officer, etc.

But wait, there's more...

Besides having just ignored my constitutional rights Kyle then proceeded, that same day, to draft an "order" for my return to her office at a later date.

I objected and filed for Kyle to be removed as arbitrator. Chris Beecroft (arbitration commissioner) denied that request. I filed petition for the District Judge on the case (Jennifer Togliatti) to review Beecroft's rubber stamped "decision".

Togliatti reversed Beecroft's decision, forcing Kyle to vacate the role of arbitrator.

Now for the rip-off...

Although several certified letters were sent to Kyle requesting my deposit back considering her incompetent services she has not responded...thus this public complaint.

Kyle, obviously bitter that a District Judge saw through her shenanigans, continues to show her true colors as a money grubbing attorney by holding hostage my deposit…claiming she earned it.

And now, what you've all been waiting for, the moral of the story...

Simply stated, if you are not familiar with rules and/or don't stand up for what is right you will easily be taken advantage of by crafty "professionals".

Naturally, this sad state of affairs will bleed your hard earned money if you let it.

The above factual information was certainly worth my time to expose Kyle and Barber as proven corrupt attorneys. The worst part of it is they both refused vehemently to admit their unethical ways even when caught with their hand in the proverbial cookie jar.

The rule they chose to ignore was so elementary a layman like myself clearly understood its meaning. This was a black/white issue…no gray area in which to escape.
