NEVER GOING TO STOP

Returns,shipping&handling,bad customer service.
Purchased a body shaper, they told me based on my weight what size i should get, the size they sent was two sizes too small, the so called free body shaper was too small as well, they sent a paper along with it saying i could exchange it on them within 30 days of receiving the product, not the day you order it, but 30 days from when you receive it, i sent it back and had to pay $9.97 for shipping and insurance back to them, checked my tracking #and the package has been received by them but i have not received my products back, called customer service and you can't talk to a live person to save your life, they ask that you leave a message and no one ever calls you back, in tis day and age you do not mess with people's hard earned money, i have a friend who has a television show and he happens to be a consumer advocate so i spoke to him about this situation and he told me to give him a few days to check out this and to see if my problem has been resolved by then if not the complaints aregoing to air on TELEVISION for all the world to see and we can try to put an end tio this company or either a huge dent in their wallet like they are doing to AMERICIA.I want the items thatr i returned in the size 6 i have requested or either my money back on my card immediately! Idon't see how you people sleep at night with the so called business you call yourselves conducting.GOD SEE'S EVERYTHING AND JUST REMEMBER YOU ALL WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOU'R ACTIONS AND JUST GET READY TO ENJOY YOUR TRIP ON THE EXPRESS BUS TO HELL.
